Erik af Petersens
Senior Partner, Member of the Swedish Bar Association
Erik advises on issues related to IT, intellectual property law, public procurement
and Mergers and Acquisitions. He is also regularly appointed as arbitrator in
commercial disputes in these fields. After a vast legal career in law firms in
Sweden and abroad, Erik joined Advokatfirman af Petersens as a partner in 2001.
Erik has published many articles in legal journals concerning public procurement
in the area of telecom/data and concerning investments in the Far East. Erik also
has a considerable experience from working at the Boards of a wide range of listed
and medium-sized companies.
Erik is a member of IBA (the International Bar Association). He is also member
of the Bar (in Sweden) since 1975. Erik is Advokatfirman af Petersens’
contact person concerning the law firm’s contact with ICC (International
Chamber of Commerce).
