Mats Broström

Mats has a vast experience in providing commercial and corporate advice in civil
proceedings and specialises in commercial real estate law, building and construction
law, law on liability, intellectual property law and in credit and insolvency
related matters. Mats joined Advokatfirman af Petersens in 1997 and became a partner
in 2005. He has published the book Fastighetsmäklarens ansvar (Estate Agents’
Responsibility), which is used as a commentary to the legislation on estate agents.
Mats is educated at Stockholm University (LLM) and has worked as an assistant
judge at the District Court of Eksjö before he joined Advokatfirman af
Petersens.
Mats is member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2002.
