The law firm was founded in 1986 and since its inception has focused on Swedish and international business law. In the spring of 2001, when a number of attorneys joined the firm as partners and thereby contributed new resources and expertise, the firm's name was changed to its present one. Since 1 April, 2008, the law firm is situated in new pleasant offices in the fourth high rise building at Hötorget (Haymarket) in the centre of Stockholm.
As the firm's includes tax law experts, the firm is also able to provide advice and solutions including expert tax advice. Legal assistance can be provided to international as well as local businesses in several languages. The goal of the law firm is to provide comprehensive legal assistance in business law matters while maintaining high standards and cost efficiency.The firm takes great care to provide this legal assistance in close cooperation with clients and to ensure the firm's lawyers are accessible to clients. In addition, the law firm cooperates closely with external consultants within the areas of accounting, finance, construction matters, etc.
The law firm provides legal assistance and advice in all the Nordic languages, as well as English, German, and French.
